Do you have what it takes to identify potential customers and manage sales calls for consultants? Are you confident in communicating with clients and maintaining accurate daily records?

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Support Specialist to support both clients and the consultants of Turnkey Shared Services (TSS) throughout their interactions. The ideal candidate must be capable of working in high-pressure environments while consistently providing professional assistance.

As a Support Specialist, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Generate leads, contact, and keep meticulous records of potential clients.
  • Call potential customers based on approved leads and the calling list provided by the Team Leader.
  • Send appropriate emails and arrange sales calls between potential clients and consultants.
  • Arrange specific schedules from potential customers regarding possible sales calls at their convenience and put appointment records accordingly on the consultant’s tracker.
  • Monitor and document all calls made to potential customers and actual clients.
  • Take cues and act on techniques taught by the Team Leader regarding cold and warm calls.
  • Provide appropriate information regarding customer queries to the best of one’s knowledge and ability.
  • Observe proper calling etiquette:
    • Introduce yourself and greet customers warmly during phone calls.
    • Avoid interrupting phone conversations between the consultant and the client.
    • Always express gratitude to potential customers and actual clients.
  • Perform other duties and work-related actions assigned by the Team Leader (TL) and the Head of Turnkey Shared Services (TSS), within reason.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, English, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong command of English language and grammar, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills and can quickly build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
  • Knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop, Canva or any similar software or application.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must work with accuracy, pay great attention to detail even while under pressure, and results driven.
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and undergo training as required.
  • Willing to be assigned to Clark.
