We are looking for a Paraplanning Administrator who can help our team deliver satisfying results to our clients.

As a Paraplanning Administrator, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Advice Manager and/or Team Leader to optimize paraplanning team operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Collect and organize data from third-party providers, including superannuation, investment, and insurance information.
  • Input and maintain accurate client data within financial planning systems before and after advice document generation (Review/ SOA/ ROA).
  • Manage and complete administrative compliance tasks, such as processing waivers, ongoing fee arrangements, and other essential documentation.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and support other team functions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business, Banking and Finance, and Economics or any equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in the financial planning industry is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and industry regulations is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Dedication to process improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Willing to be assigned to Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
