We need an Occupational Nurse cum HR/Admin Assistant who will be responsible for responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy workplace while providing vital support to the HR and Administrative teams. 

As a Support Operations Specialist, your duties and responsibilities include:

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare annual advice agreements, fee disclosure forms, invoices, and review packs with 100% accuracy.
  • Facilitate the implementation and termination of advice agreements and associated fee structures.
  • Perform assessments to verify that all service obligations have been met according to regulatory standards.
  • Diligently update and maintain client data within internal systems (Xplan/Salesforce).

Operational Excellence

  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks from initiation to completion.
  • Deliver high-quality output consistently within pre-determined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Interpret and analyze reporting data to identify trends or operational gaps.
  • Proactively identify and assist in mitigating potential risks within the workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a degree in Financial Management/Planning, Business, Banking and Finance and Economics or any equivalent.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Financial Services environment.
  • Diploma in Financial Services (DFS) is desirable but not essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Xplan or Salesforce is highly ideal.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact effectively (written and verbal) with Financial Advisers and Client Relationship Managers.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and solve complex operational issues.
  • Proactive, resilient, and accountable team player who thrives under individual and team targets.
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset, and willingness to undergo continuous training.
  • Willing to be assigned to SM City Clark.
