We are seeking an experienced and reliable solicitor preferably with in-depth knowledge and experience in commercial law, property law and conveyancing, wills and estates, estate planning, family law, or immigration law.
As a Solicitor, your duties and responsibilities include:
- Obtaining instructions from clients and providing legal advice
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
- Drafting other legal documents, correspondences, and templates
- Litigation support
Qualifications:
- Must be an established qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2–4-year experience
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations
- General practice knowledge of property law, conveyancing, probate, estate planning and wills
- Excellent written, verbal, and general communication skills
- Excellent legal drafting skills
- Must build a strong relationship with clients
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Keen to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have commitment and determination
